Fairhaven Surf Life Saving Club is affiliated with Surf Life Saving Australia and Life Saving Victoria and under the conditions of affiliation it is required to submit audited annual reports.

Additionally, Fairhaven SLSC is registered with the Australian Charities and "Not for Profits" Commission (ACNC) and under the requirements of registration is required to submit an Annual Information Statement or Annual Report.
